Hello! I’m Jeanette, thank you for visiting my website! 

I started Wild at Heart at the beginning of 2022, after a long planned move to the gorgeous West Midlands countryside. I previously worked as a freelance Nail Technician some years ago, developing a knack for creative nail art, but I've always had a passion for wild flowers and flower arranging.
I’ve been making my own flower based decorations and arrangements, including wreaths and other shapes for years, both as a hobby and to decorate my own home. Each year I would make my own Christmas wreaths and garlands just for my own pleasure and to suit my own tastes.

 

Wild at Heart really started as an idea for charity fund-raising. I volunteer for a charity called Boxer Friends Spain, where I rescued my own perfect Boxer called Dennis early in 2020. It’s a small charity but it does tireless work to rescue mistreated Boxer dogs. While brainstorming ideas to raise funds, I thought that I would make a few wreaths for my friends and I would donate any profits to the charity. Well, that happened, and I was overwhelmed by the responses to my designs. More and more people started asking where they could buy one for themselves, so I decided to start doing this as a little bit more than a hobby, and here I am!

I love the outdoors, nature and all things wild. I take my inspiration from everything I see around me, especially here in the beautiful Warwickshire/Worcestershire countryside, and I try to infuse my work with these elements to create unique pieces that I hope you will love and treasure for many years.
